[Bug]: raceroom racing experience not working

Description

have succeeded in installing the game, successfully "launched" it, but after the launch it gets stuck up as below

after a few minutes an error message indicating there is an network error comes out
tbh first thought it was my connection issue, but tried the same with different internet connections and were still the same

then I just deleted the game, don't know what logs belong to it so put the recent two on there

Steps to reproduce

install steam in bottle, open steam and install the game - raceroom racing experience

once installed, excecute the game and the launcher installation page will appear

after installing the launcher, (btw steam was laggy after this so relaunched it)

click the play button on steam and the 32-bit/64-bit selection pop-up appears

select the 64-bit one(with no SteamVR), and this happens

Expected behaviour

maybe.. the game should have played well? (since I have never played this game before I cannot expect what to happen sry)
