Describe the Bug

When asynchronously sending messages, if num is obtained but size is not obtained under the back pressure control, num cannot be released and the sending rate is affected.

When asynchronously sending messages, if num is obtained but size is not obtained under the back pressure control,num can be released, which affects the sending rate.
