Requirements

As a user, I want Homechart to know my location so it can do interesting things with it #214
Can add an address to a store that Homechart will geocode
Homechart will send your location periodically and notify you when you enter a store if there are items that should be picked up

thequailman added the module=shop label

vault-candid-development bot removed the module=shop label
