We should show warnings for models that users will likely not be able to run based on their hardware.

We can check the system's hardware information with sysinfo. We can then cross check that with any models we know will not run based on https://www.reddit.com/r/LocalLLaMA/wiki/guide/#wiki_system_requirements2.

This information could be displayed in the model selection dropdown here with warnings for models that may not fit
