Logs Table: Implement 1-2 features to improve experience with logs for customers

Quick thoughts: Most often requested feature is around line wrapping, column resizing is also brought up a lot.

1. Keeping an eye on Table Panel: Enable Text Wrapping #86895, in hopes of adding a toggle, or just enabling line wrap by default.
2. I have a PoC solution for better auto-column resizing, instead of the default behavior (each column gets equal spacing), but we should wait until line-wrap is figured out, as that solution relies on counting the number of characters in each field value and trying to reserve enough horizontal space to display each column without needing to wrap.
3. Be nice to add better support for JSON and stack traces in log lines, but text wrapping probably solves most of the problem here as well.
