Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

AutoGen is not solid enough without custom workflows. Auto, Round robin, or Random just don't cut it. So how much longer do we have to wait to get a piece of UI to model the StateFlow workflow between agents?

Implement StateFlow design as laid out in https://microsoft.github.io/autogen/blog/2024/02/29/StateFlow
