TrOCR: Can not download IAM dataset #1551

Describe the bug

I have tried to download the dataset IAM as described below, but cannot.
HTTP Status 403 is returned.

If you're following Niels Rogge's tutorials this should work

If you're looking for the entire dataset, try this

https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/naderabdalghani/iam-handwritten-forms-dataset
