Setting the JSON definition

"LogN":16,
"Q":[],
"P":[],
"LogQ": [60, 45, 45, 45, 45, 45, 45, 45, 45, 45, 45],
"LogP": [56, 55, 55, 55],

returns rlwe.NewParametersFromLiteral: invalid parameter literal
