NO DEVICE FOUND on TECNO KF8

Describe the bug
I enabled everything needed, but it just dosent recognize the device no matter how many times I tried.
I completed all the steps on this site https://beebom.com/how-to-install-adb-windows-mac/
next I was gonna follow all the steps on this site but it just dosent detect my device

Expected behavior
I was expecting everything to happen smooth which did actually happen, an I was gonna remove all the manufacturer apps.

You have a solution?
I have tried reconnecting, reinstalling, restarting. Nothing worked so far
