Device list, shared account

I have an XPTO_01 account associated with 3 devices. When listing these devices through the main account, I can view all of them without any issues.
However, when I share these devices with another account (XPTO_02), the devices are not displayed when attempting to list them.
It's important to note that the sharing process was successfully completed, as I can access and operate the devices normally through the application.

A ny idea what it could be, can anyone help?

Maybe you have several homes in your 2nd account?
