devices from coolkit are unavailable in new HA 2024 #1356

Hi,
after installation new HA 2024, sonoff devices are unavailable from coolkit CK-BL602-SWP1-01(182)
all other devices original sonoff are working well.

Cloud auth doesn't work for you (don't know why). And this devices don't discovered in your LAN (don't know why).

In ewelink app works everything, but in HA works just basics, duals.

same here, devices stopped working in latest HA version.

After delete app from ios and install again, same in HA I use 3.5.3 version works again everything, crazy. Looks like ha 2024 is buggy

I forgot to write that I downgrade HA to 2023.12 version as well and sonoff to 3.5.3.
Anyway I assume that it was my mistake with mixed versions of core, os, supervisor and sonoff lan, because I had problems with one esp mini and weather forecast as well

Things just went offline for me the moment I updated HA core to 2024.3.0.

Exactly the same for me. Nothing works since 2024.3. I need to update to 2024.4 since support for my Alarm panel has been added in 2024.1

Any 500+ errors not related to integration. It is cloud or devices issues.

I've been running into the same issue here of no pow updates in auto or cloud mode since updating to HA 2024.3. I had been using the integration problem free, but now only can get cloud pow updates when manually reloading the integration (only get a single update), or when I open the ewelink app (triggers a single update).

Can see these entries in the HA logs.

WARNING (MainThread) [custom_components.sonoff.core.ewelink.cloud] Cloud WS Connection error: Cannot connect to host us-dispa.coolkit.cc:443 ssl:default [Try again]

Ewelink app will allow me to view instant readout of power, but cannot get things to update in HA aside from the above mentioned manual ways to get a single update. Wondering if ewelink has throttled back the API access?

If that’s true, why would reloading the Sonoff integration allow it to retrieve an updated power value successfully?

You should check debug logs. The integration has all the tools for answers.
