I found a relevant problem at https://stackoverflow.com/questions/58989806/anaconda-terminal-error-pywin32-bootstrap .

Saving you a link, the solution is either this,
pip install pywin32==225
or
pip install --ignore-installed pywin32

Let me know if it works for you. I can't recreate it, exactly because my machine is on Linux right now. Sorry.
