如题，增加配置选项，可以默认根据物品名颜色，也可以针对配置，希望增加 API 接口，
虽然现在可以 Mixin TooltipRenderer 来实现。但我不会画彩虹渐变，想要跑马灯。

现在不就有 colorStroke 配置颜色吗，能详细说说你想实现的吗？

现在的是全局的，我的意思是就像传说装备边框一样动态的，比如装备名是红色的，就显示红色边框

看起来跟 #63 是一样的问题，但我甚至想要彩虹渐变，还是滚动的那种

你说的应该是根据稀有度更换样式吧。这个不太好做，而且你说的渐变也不好做。Modern UI不是专门给Minecraft做工具提示的，所以短时间内不会考虑实现。现在这个工具提示效果也不保证长期支持，所以不提供API。

最新快照版边框颜色可以适应物品名称颜色和稀有度。
