[@types/yargs]: broken and outdated

Broken

yargs release 17.0.0 introduced some breaking changes, including notably:

onFinishCommand removed, in favor of being able to await promise

However, the @types packages still contains onFinishCommand: https://github.com/DefinitelyTyped/DefinitelyTyped/blob/c76c419/types/yargs/index.d.ts#L479.

package.json of the @types package says it supports 17.0.9999, while (because of at least this breaking change) it's at most accurate up to 16.x.

Outdated

package.json of the @types package says it supports 17.0.9999. The latest 17.0.x release was three years ago, with active development since (current latest is 17.7.2).
