[@types/dockerode] Missing Force Option in Volume Removal After @types/dockerode Update to 3.3.29

After updating to the latest version of @types/dockerode to 3.3.29, I noticed that the force option has been removed from VolumeRemoveOptions, leaving only abortSignal available. However, according to the Docker API, there should still be an option to force the removal of the volume.
