no matter the sound settings, audio is choppy and intermittent in videos/cutscenes on a raspberry pi 4 ("bullseye") or 5 ("bookworm"), otherwise in menus and in-game is ok

Although the game crashes when starting a mission or demo in raspberry pi os 32 bit, the audio in video/cutscenes works fine on 32 bit arm on raspberry pi 4/400

This is known MVE playback issue. We are moving code to own implementation of MVE where will no such issues, for reference see #253 and #289.
