A manager with a lot of campaigns should be able to find campaigns easily #36

active campaigns up top, approved claims without campaigns below. probably sorted by date within (claim-approved date or campaign-closing date?)

Managers will only be able to see campaigns and not any of that other stuff, so only the sorting of campaigns is applicable to them. They'll see the same sort order as RHs. Active campaigns (or at least campaigns with pressing actions, which includes successful but not yet unglued-editioned) should be at the top of the campaigns section.
