Can SUPIR make blurred background clear？

I occur a problem that the background is blurred , I would like it to be clear, as if captured by a camera.I would like to make the Sunflowers clear as the character.
I try make this using SUPIR,but the character is more clear with Sunflowers no changing,can I achieve it by adjust SUPIR parameter？
