Bug report

What is the current behavior?

The README.md says:

| If you want just the framework with nothing else to get in the way or to create a Git submodule, use the Godot Steering AI
| Framework Submodules
repository.

Users who test the main repo with Godot 4 will be disappointed with the submodule, which only supports Godot 3.

What is the expected behavior?

The README.md should either not mention the submodule or it should warn that the submodule is not up to date with the main repo.
