Hi @vankien96, If I understood you correctly, you want to be able to search users within a channel scope. And you want that search to contain all the members in the channel. Right? Please confirm if this is the case first |

This is then going to be a feature request. Will open an internal ticket, and will keep you posted about the progress 😄 |

What are you trying to achieve?
I'm trying to build up a mention feature for a large group (> 500 users) and also I only want to do an in-group mention (mentionAllAppUsers = false).
Currently, I see if mentionAllAppUsers = false, it will search user in lastActiveMembers, but in large group it isn't the full list so I can't mention users who aren't on that list.
If possible, how can you achieve this currently?
I'm trying to call loadNextMembers in the background to load all users.
And also rewrite
func showMentionSuggestions(for typingMention: String, mentionRange: NSRange)
to change fromlastActiveMembers
tomemberListController.members
What would be the better way?
I think it is better to allow query users by ChannelId, like this.
GetStream Environment
GetStream Chat version: 4.11.0
GetStream Chat frameworks: StreamChat, StreamChatUI
iOS version: 15.0
Swift version: 5.5
Xcode version: 13.2.1
