RMB wasted on Select/Deselect #192

Select/Deselect should be a hotkey

RMB would be better use to invoke nodes in a rollout instead of throwing the mouse all the way to the + button to get a rollout.

Shift+A (hotkey inspired by Blender) brings up the menu. The + button is more of an on-screen visual cue.
