Add support for AnthropicBedrock

There are models hosted on Bedrock that don't work out of the box with existing SDKs and require special clients.

Ideally support for models hosted on Bedrock while still using the same class.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Adding additional classes e.g. AnthropicBedrockCall, but this isn't ideal.

Additional context
Many companies use models hosted on Bedrock, so this seems worth supporting?

Updating this issue for adding support specifically for the AnthropicBedrock class that is already supported by the Anthropic SDK. If there are other specific models that people want support for, those should be added as individual issues.

The reason for this is that each model requires specialized support vs. my original thought that there would (somehow) be a Bedrock API that was consistent across the models (which is of course not the case).
