[Bug]: replay from system tray

When attempting to replay a recording from the system tray:

To Reproduce

1. run python -m openadapt.app.tray
2. click system tray -> record
3. wait for recording to start
4. type some words on the keyboard
5. click system tray -> stop recording type oa.stop
6. click system tray -> replay -> latest recording
7. observe system tray still shows "Stop recording", even though recording has stopped
