如何去除VideoMatte240K数据集视频人像周围马赛克 #168

看了下数据集介绍，发布的VideoMatte240K视频是HEVC编码的。
在fgr文件夹下，视频人像周围那一圈类似马赛克的轮廓，应该怎么去掉？
如果是用ffmpeg的话，方便给一下完整的ffmpeg命令吗？

用Alpha做遮罩

嗯嗯，通过alpha通道提取可以把人像提取出来。就是好奇，这一圈马赛克的成因是什么呀？跟视频编码有关系吗？
