Describe the bug
When you select an area, the "Paint brush" or "spray can" works not only in the selected area, but throughout the entire image.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create new file
Select "Pointer Tool"
Select an area
Select "Paint Brush"
Draw with the brush outside the borders of the selected area

Expected behavior
The brush only draws inside borders.
