Feature request

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Aloha PostHog team,

My org has just begun using your product this month and it's awesome, I must say. Thank you! Our team is small (< 10) and we're beginning to find the Notebooks feature very valuable for building up extended narratives around different insights.

One thing I've run into a handful of times in the first Notebooks we've created has been the lack of support for tables in our Notebooks. Not table insights, just tables in the Markdown itself. The types of documents we're creating often benefit from having that sort of tabular organization ability, but from what I can see tables are an extension of basic Markdown and Notebooks only support basic Markdown.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be awesome if you could enhance your Markdown support to allow some of these additional syntax, tables in particular.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I've considered using my note-taking app to render tables and then just inserting screenshots of them into our PostHog notebooks. It's a useful workaround for illustration purposes, but not very maintainable from a shared doc perspective.
