由于 RT_WAITING_FOREVER 是一个负值，系统很多 'timeout' 的类型是 rt_int32_t，但也有部分使用了 rt_tick_t 甚至是 rt_uint32_t 类型的，偶尔会导致编译警告和存在安全隐患。

rt_int32_t: 以最少的修改解决编译警告和安全隐患，但从语义上不易分辨数值单位。
另外，由于系统实际定时值要求少于 RT_TICK_MAX/2，使用有符号类型刚好有利于编译时检查数值是否越界。

rt_tick_t: 可以直观地表示数值单位是 'tick'，但这是一个无符号类型，需要修改 RT_WAITING_FOREVER 为一个无符号数值，如 RT_TICK_MAX。

rt_tick_t: It can visually indicate that the numerical unit is' tick ', but this is an unsigned type that needs to be modified to RT_WAITING_FOREVER as an unsigned value, such as RT_TICK_MAX.
