Get Cell Value from other sheet in ToModel class

This excel file has two sheets.
First sheet is the instruction sheet. (sheet version is written here)
Second sheet is the data sheet to be imported.
Data format can be varied by the version on the first sheet.

What I want to do is to check version in the conditionalSheets function.

class ImportSheet implements WithMultipleSheets
{
    ....
    
    public function conditionalSheets(): array
    {
        // here, I want to check the version on the first sheet, so that pass it to `DataImport`
        return [
            'SecondSheet' => new DataImport()
        ];
    }
}

Is it possible? Or any workaround there?

I have to be honest that I don't understand what you are exactly trying to achieve.
Couldn't you just make 2 imports? First import sheet 1, get the data you need. Pass that data to the second import, which only imports the 2nd sheet?

How can I pass that data to second import?

Maybe we can get version data from InstructionSheet. Then how can I pass it to DataImport?

And InstuctionSheet is unstructured data sheet. Just only fetch a particular cell value. Which interface should InstructionSheet inherit?

And I can't find a way to read unstructured data, not "ToModel", "ToArray", "ToCollection".
In v2.1, we can read cell value

        $sheet = $doc->getSheetByName('instructions');

        $version = $sheet->getCell('A1')->getValue();

This gives us a kind of flexibility.
But load is removed in 3.1.
How can I get cell value in a more flexible?

You can do so within an event, like beforeimport.

I tried beforeImport, but reader is not initialized at that time.

If we can get worksheet or reader inside the "DataImport", then much possibilities are opened.
