Add the .shortcut files to the repository (and Releases)

I'm not sure if this is possible, but it may make sense to add the .shortcut files themselves to the repo, rather than linking to icloud.com, which could break at any time.

This way, if anything were to happen to this repository, the forks would also have copies of the shortcuts as well. Since the .shortcuts don't really have source code, it may make sense to just attach them under Releases
