Alink 中用到的breeze 是0.13.1的版本，是否可以升级到breeze 2.x的版本 #217

升级原因：
1、因为项目中使用到了其他第三方的机器学习包，而这个包采用的breeze是2.x的版本，导致依赖冲突
2、breeze 2.x的性能比breeze 0.13.1 要好
