Describe the problem that you experienced

In the Dev tools page (https://angular.dev/tools/devtools)

The 'component' and 'profiler' link in the section https://angular.dev/tools/devtools#open-your-application is redirecting user to the top of the page.

The 'import your recording' link in the section 'https://angular.dev/tools/devtools#open-your-application' is also redirecting to the top of the instead of redirecting to the appropriate section.
