PBooru support

https://github.com/Kycklingar/PBooru has a way of working around TOR, I2P and IPFS. Is it possible to create an API for compatibility sake such that Hydron can be used in the deep web?

I'll research this at a later date. Other projects take priority right now, and hydron itself is lacking more fundamental functionality itself.
