Program is creating incredibly small partitions when flashing

• Operating system and architecture: Windows 10 , 22H2
• Image flashed: Parrot-security-6.0_amd64
• What do you think should have happened: It should have burned the OS onto the stick, using its 64gb storage fully
• What happened: it set a single partition to 820kb and left the rest unallocated. it only installed three files. I needed to install a program to reformat the stick.
