Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Replicate directly to Apache Flink.

Describe the solution you'd like
Connect directly to the target without any intermediate technology.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Replicate to Kafka and use Apache Flink connector to further push transactions.

Additional context
Decrease delay and reduce additional dependency.

This feature is complicated to implement.. If there is a demand from users more focus could be given here.
