功能建议

新版本之后现在都是使用webui了，能不能在保持原有配置文件的情况下保留之前的命令启动方式，或者是有2选一的方式，这样子可以自行选择是否启动webui

如果指的是不启动 WEBUI，可以使用 --no-http 参数来关闭 WEBUI。（v0.4.36之后）。
通过配置文件启动依旧可用（如遇见 Bug 请发送 Issue）。

虽然可以每次启动前删除 data 文件夹，但还是不太方便，多个docker录制的情况就挺麻烦的。
最好是有2选一的方式来选择是否使用 WEBUI+数据库。
