autocomplete clearable button: focus

Clicking the button should not take away focus. It's currently removing and refocussing, creating potential jank for focus state behaviors. As an example the native close button on input type=search works perfectly (but not stylable with icon-font).

It'd also be nice to select the icon via a prop for the close button (times icon) is better imho

@iplanwebsites As far as I tested in the example of Autocomplete, I was not able to reproduce your issue. Could you provide any reproduction code?
