Allow secrets to be set in settings to enable F-Droid builds #897

Currently submitting tivi to F-Droid isn't possible since secrets are hard coded in the app.

Making the secrets configurable in the application would circumvent this limitation and pave the way for an F-Droid release.

PS: Thank you so much for tivi. 🙌 I really like it.
