Fix Hands/Fix Fingers...

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Oftentimes I get an amazing generation and the hands or fingers are muffed up, I try to fix it by spending time on generating 25 steps but eventually the ikmage either starts to lose it's original formation or worse - the fingers/hands get worse lol.

Describe the solution you'd like
There's a FIX face option which often works wonders! I wandered if there could be a fix hands option. I think many of us would love a feature to do this because despite putting it in my positive/negative prompts, and telling the machine what I want, sometimes sometimes sometimes... it just does not care and I still get 6 fingers or weird fingernails!

Describe alternatives you've considered
Reiterating what I want, I've also tried using models from Civitai.

I'm not 100% sure this is possible, btu I wanted to at least put it out there as a request/suggestion!
