dokan_can_edit_product validation function should draft product

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

If the 'dokan_can_edit_product' function is used for product validation (product has image, product has image and etc), the errors are correctly displayed to the user on page reload, but all product fields are removed.

Describe the solution you'd like

Save the product in the draft state, this will give the seller the ability to update the content and eventually publish the product, without causing the user to need to re-add all of their data.
