About: the announcement email notification for Dokan Stripe Express to remind vendors to connect their accounts for automatic payouts

For now there is no content for this announcement, and just a title that is super long: "Your account is not connected with Stripe Express. Sign up for a Stripe Express account to receive automatic payouts."

Resulting in an empty notification email sent to the user who doesn't know what the announcement is about until they go to their dashboard.

Would be better to have

• the title of the announcement such as "Your account is not connected with Stripe Express."
• the content of the announcement such as "Sign up for a Stripe Express account to receive automatic payouts here." with the text "here" being a link to the payment tabs in their vendor dashboard.
