Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Possibility to hide subscription packages from the vendor dashboard in the Subscription Tab and in the Shortcode (SUBSCRIPTIONS CATALOGUE) after a certain period.

Use case: Let's say admin has a welcome non-recurring pack free for 3 months, and wants to hide it after 2 months of promotion, while keeping the vendors that currently have this subscription, on it, until they finish their 3 months, but also to make sure this welcome subscription is not shown anymore to the new vendors who register (so they cannot select it after the promotion period), and also to make sure that the current vendors who are on this welcome free subscription, don't reorder it again after 3 months.

Requested here in April 2023: https://app.loopedin.io/dokan?card=64363ea10853050028ed560e
