401 Unauthorized with api/v2.0 when create project

I used api/v2.0 to create a project.I'm already add authentication in headers ,but response 401 Unauthorized
eg:

what's wrong and What should I can do next?

I have found the cause of the problem. The BASE64 results generated by GO language and C # are inconsistent.
