Feature request allow model to be assistant base as config

There is some models that don't support system prompt (for example mixtral 7X8 instruct ) therefore this is pointless to create asisstant out of it, or at least disable the option to set there system prompt.

if there is no system prompt defined, it better to not send empty system prompt (in openAI chat), because it overrides the default one
