docs: Product Overview Page should include a "Comparison with other Tools" #107

Why?

We often have to explain how Jan is different from other tools
We should take an approach similar to Docusaurus, where we talk about other tools
e.g. https://docusaurus.io/docs#comparison-with-other-tools
We should do this for all tools across our stack - i.e. Cortex, Thinking Machines, Hub, Foundry etc

https://jan.ai/docs should have a "Comparison with Other Tools"
We should articulate our "philosophy towards competition"
- i.e. we are open source, and in open source it's less of competition than pushing the overall space forward
- On long enough timescales, "competition" are actually colleagues on our shared mission for open source AI
