Issue: Accessibility - Reading Rule Editor unusable with TalkBack

Summary: The Reading Rule Editor is currently inaccessible for users who rely on screen readers like TalkBack.
(Also checkboxes in main menu are unlabled)
Description:

  • When using TalkBack, the editor's menu buttons appear as unlabeled icons, making them impossible to understand and interact with.
  • Moving the cursor and selecting text within the editor is also impossible with TalkBack activated.

Possible solution:

  • Implement accessibility features such as labeled buttons and keyboard navigation to allow users with screen readers to interact with the Reading Rule Editor.
  • This functionality could potentially be achieved by integrating a programmer toolbar similar to Termux, which offers accessibility features for users with visual impairments.

Impact: This issue prevents users who rely on screen readers from creating and editing reading rules, hindering their ability to utilize the full functionality of the application.
