I receive hundreds of various logs a day on an email address I'm connected to, purely for tracking purposes (I don't have to read most of them, luckily, the typical interactions on these emails is made via searching through these logs).
However, as a result of this, I receive this notification constantly, as I constantly get new mail. I would prefer not to be informed of when I have new mail, as I will perpetually get new mail.
I could disable notifications altogether although I would prefer not to as I do still want to receive my calendar notifications. I did try the setting to disable all settings from Prospect available via the Gnome Control Center, but this doesn't seem to work for disabling that notification. I'm on Ubuntu 20.04.
Could there be a way of disabling this notification?
If there's an already existing solution via some other setting that I just haven't thought of yet, please let me know. I thought of marking all mail sorted in particularly noisy folders as read, but this would also indeed, lead to the loss of information of whether or not I actually clicked on this log previously or not.
Thank you.

Hello, I've been a happy user of prospect mail for a year now. Thank you for all your hard work.
It appears that as of a few updates ago, notifications are now sent for unread messages. Specifically, this notification:
prospect-mail/public/unread-number-observer.js
