第一，我附上了 Cloudflare AI Gateway 的截图，说明请求送达并且返回。返回的结果就是错误的，而且请求为空
第二，我提到了本地测试，客户端发出的请求是 OPTIONS，没有正文。

浏览器请求会先通过OPTIONS预检去找CORS头，但是Anthropic不支持OPTIONS请求

I know what the problem is
Browser requests will first go through OPTIONS preflight to find the CORS header, but Anthropic does not support OPTIONS requests.
