Need help at Flashing #515

Hello i am a noob at flashing so i try

i use a 4.3v programmer ttl

set it up like shown in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7aOCvdcnFDo
then i used the windows ESP8266 Flash Downloader Tool v.3.9.4

set this up like shown in the image on this github. i dosnt found the flash size 32mb settings so i leave this. then i checked the com ports after put in and out the usb cable i found the com6 this should be the programmer i think. then i startet by pressing the sonoff s20 red button and plugged in the usb cable looks like it worked.
i then start the flesh

is that all??

alsow can i flash the sonoff s20 with tasmota with that esp8266 flash downloader tool? if i need it and same settings???

found older version with more settings https://www.etechpath.com/getting-started-with-esp8266-wifi-module/flash_download_tools_v3-4-4/

i setup
0x00000
0x02000
40mhz
qio
flash size 8

ticket the box near bin files and flashed rest i leafe unshecked

tx -- rx
rx -- tx

it flashed with a finish but nothing happens after this no new wlan i can see

i then installed tasmota on the sonoff s20 all works well
