Does the Windows edition I use when extracting the $OEM$ folder matter if I choose to install a different edition?

I'm going to extract the $OEM$ folder and use the HWID method using a Windows 11 Pro system.

I will give this ISO to a friend and they might choose the Windows 11 Home Edition version while installing on their new system.

Will it matter if they choose a different edition from the one I used while generating the folder, or it doesn't matter because the program will read what edition is selected as soon as there's internet and it'll activate accordingly?

It doesn't matter if edition is different, it will work on all if edition is supported.
