Differiencial Indexing prototype

Differential indexing ("diff indexing") is a new way of indexing that can selectively re-index the parts of documents that were modified when updating documents.
diff indexing comes with no API change, but some workloads should be tremendously faster. For example, updating one or two small fields in 20% of the documents of the database should now be much faster.

Meilisearch users can test this feature in alpha by using the dedicated docker image built directly from the branch.
